Job Description

Indirect Procurement at Galderma manages indirect spend via a matrixed organization, focusing on creating value and professional growth. We are on a journey of performance and transformation.

Your mission:

Through category management, deliver strategic stakeholder and supplier relationships, enabling cost reduction and growth with integrity and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement 1-3 year plans with KPIs.
  2. Facilitate category policies with stakeholders.
  3. Develop a database of influencers and advocacy professionals.
  4. Manage spend and demand, including pricing and quantity expertise.
  5. Negotiate terms with influencers, agencies, and stakeholders.
  6. Lead global, regional, and local procurement networks.
  7. Support audits for global suppliers.
  8. Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams.
  9. Define requirements and lead supplier selection processes.
  10. Negotiate and contract with key suppliers.
  11. Lead business reviews with strategic suppliers and KPI reviews.
  12. Optimize buying channels and S2P processes.
Additional Responsibilities
  1. Manage global paid DTC media programs, KPI tracking, and media audits.
  2. Oversee US HCP media agency contracts and ecommerce supplier relationships.
  3. Manage all third-party media suppliers related to brand safety, SEO, dashboards, and audits.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business or Procurement.
  • Experience in marketing, paid media, and Martech.
  • Proven procurement expertise in digital marketing, influencers, and social media services.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills and experience managing strategic sourcing projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience working with senior management and influencing stakeholders.
