Electrical and Equipment Integration - Design Engineering, Albacete

Join us to build the exciting future of electrical systems engineering at Airbus Helicopters.

You will work in a multidisciplinary and autonomous team to create innovative solutions for our customers in a trusting environment.

This role offers opportunities to develop technical expertise in embedded systems serving the industry, within a digital environment at the forefront of technology. You will be part of a dynamic department responsible for integrating electrical assemblies on our platforms.

Your main responsibilities include:

1. Carrying out 3D studies for the integration of equipment and harnesses in a DMU (Digital Mock Up) environment to ensure safety and reliability.
2. Creating 3D models of electrical equipment installation using CATIA V5.
3. Routing electrical harnesses and studying their positioning with CATIA V5 EHI module.
4. Designing interface drawings with the surrounding environment.
5. Producing manufacturing drawings for parts and assemblies in 2D (CATIA V5).
6. Developing harness manufacturing drawings with CATIA V5 modules.
7. Creating harness installation documentation with 3DVia.
8. Performing impact analyses for modifications.
9. Collaborating with other departments within the design office.
10. Supporting production on assembly lines or production centers.
11. Ensuring adherence to quality standards.
12. Traveling as needed (approximately two to three trips per year).

Your profile:

1. Degree in engineering, aeronautics, or a related field (Bachelor or Master).
2. Experience with equipment and harness installation in a 3D environment.
3. Proficiency in creating production drawings.
4. Experience with DMU and 3D modeling environments.
5. Mastery of CATIA V5 software, especially electrical modules.
6. Knowledge of electrical installation regulations in aeronautics.
7. Ability to work in complex environments and adapt to changing priorities.
8. Strong overview and project management skills.
9. Soft skills: methodology, teamwork, clear communication, positive attitude, constructiveness, and collaborative work.
10. Language skills: Negotiation level in Spanish, and advanced in English and/or French.
