The Change Experience, Engagement & Learning (CE&L) team is passionate about the people-side of change and drives holistic technology change experiences. This ensures the investments we make in tools and technology are realized when people can adopt them successfully. You will be responsible for leading Organisational Change Management planning and the successful adoption of Informatics products and solutions. As a member of a dynamic and globally-focused team, you will leverage the understanding of business needs and our affiliate experience to effectively plan for and manage change initiatives over 2 projects - one focused on overall OCM activities and one for Learning and Training.
Requirements :
- Create communications & communication strategies as needed to inform and empower the impacted audience to adopt IT driven changes.
- Partner with key senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior change and compliance.
- Regularly use ingenuity and innovation to create effective communications campaigns addressing complex topics.
- Identify and implement ways to simplify and streamline communications processes.
- Partner with key business stakeholders on function-specific communication strategy as needed for complex IT changes.
- Advise on project, portfolio and annual communication plans with optimal channel and media mix to keep IT and business groups informed.
- Fulfill end to end end-user communication strategy and oversee execution of communication plan.
- Continuously identify training and learning needs, analyze results to develop new learning programs or modify and improve existing programs.
- Partner with Domains, Product Line / Product Leads, and change strategy leads to assess training needs and identify content for learning programs.
- Manage activities & logistics involved in designing, preparing, delivering, and assessing IT training programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
- Ensure creation, accuracy, and consistency of all related learning content, aligned with communication campaigns and change strategies.
- Plan, develop, and facilitate training programs using various delivery modalities like microlearning, face-to-face, e-learning, etc.
- Develop training materials that are easy to understand and relevant, in various formats such as visual guides, presentations, videos.
- Engage the audience using Change Management strategies (ADKAR, Lewis models) to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption.
- Regularly review learning content for relevance and update as needed.
- Develop and implement methods to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Apply Organisational Change Management concepts to high-impact communication plans involving individual and organizational behavior change.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Identify and manage resistance to communication plans.
- Build awareness and inspire change adoption and advocacy across all Informatics users and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic direction for IT Training content and topics at Informatics.
- Partner with Domain Leads / Product Line Leads / Large-scale project teams.
- Consult and advise on Product Roadmaps and resource management within the domain/product line.
- Build relationships, foster collaboration, and inspire diverse teams, including contractors, employees, and consultants.
- Maintain excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present complex ideas clearly and simply.
- Demonstrate outstanding project management skills, flexibility, and proactive needs anticipation.
- Expertise in business partnering, client needs assessment, and relationship building.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, ability to translate technical jargon into user-friendly communication & learning.
- Experience with Organisational Change Management practices and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in English.
- Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum of three years relevant experience in Organisational Change Management.
