A leading global player in the machine tool industry is looking for a Consulting and Sales Representative in Spain. This role involves managing sales activities, developing customer relationships, and contributing to marketing strategies in a dynamic international environment. Candidates should have technical studies and experience in consultative selling, along with strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.

Formación

  • Experience in consultative selling of complex products in the machine tool industry.
  • Good command of English, Basque, and Spanish.

Job Description: Your tasks and responsibilities :
  • Take overall responsibility for all sales activities in the assigned region.
  • Identify and report on regional-specific market trends and ensure that project data are maintained and updated regularly.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, including market opportunity and competitor analysis, budgets, forecasts, etc.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships in relevant companies.
  • Select and pursue business opportunities to successfully close contracts in collaboration with Proposal Management and Application Engineering.
  • Manage negotiations with customers and partners.
  • Prepare and execute customer workshops.
  • Represent the company at internal and external events such as fairs, exhibitions, customer events, and workshops.
  • Require completed technical studies or apprenticeship with relevant experience in consultative selling of complex products and/or processes in the machine tool industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with strategic and commercial acumen.
  • Goal-oriented personality with high motivation.
  • Customer-focused with a drive for results and success.
  • Confidence and assertiveness.
  • Interest in working in an international environment and willingness to travel.
  • Good command of English, Basque, and Spanish.
