Bell and Fox Racing are industry leaders in motorsports and action sports gear, specializing in high-performance helmets, apparel, and protective equipment. Bell, founded in 1954, is globally recognized for its innovative and safety-focused helmet designs, trusted by top athletes in motorsports, motocross, and cycling. Fox Racing, established in 1974, has become a leading brand in motocross and mountain biking, offering cutting-edge gear that blends durability, performance, and style. Together, these brands are at the forefront of action sports, continuously pushing the boundaries of protection, design, and rider experience.

As a Sales Representative for Bell and Fox Powersports, you will be expected to bring your expertise and performance to the tasks below.

Your role will focus on managing, selling to, developing, and servicing the account base in the specific geographical area of Iberia. You will optimize sales and foster relationships with key customers in the region, ensuring Bell and Fox Powersports products are effectively represented and distributed.

This position reports to the Country Manager for Iberia and requires frequent travel (up to 80%) within the assigned region, with a combination of customer visits and remote work to maintain a strong connection with the team.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
SALES MANAGEMENT
  • Establish Bell & Fox Powersports as the preferred partner within the Iberia territory by both farming existing accounts and hunting for new representation of our Powersports products in specific dealership doors.
  • Optimize sales and service to Bell & Fox Powersports accounts through relentless outbound selling, driving revenue growth and maximizing profits for Bell & Fox and the dealer.
  • Maximize sales of all Bell & Fox Powersports products with a persistent pursuit to achieve sales goals within assigned geographies.
  • Be accountable for selling to the account base through “Pre Book”, “Re-order” and “Clearance” business via customer visits, email, and telephone.
  • Report on opportunities, potential issues, and support needed, as well as work with the manager to solve those.
  • Develop selling skills through communication with accounts, product teams, and sales management.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings and provide feedback to your reporting Manager.
DEALER MANAGEMENT
  • Act as a liaison to customers on relevant Powersports initiatives, collaboratively developing capabilities, and enhancing Bell & Fox retail partner connection to the consumer.
  • Increase sell-in and sell-through by preparing, planning, and delivering a clear comprehensive merchandising presentation on a seasonal basis.
  • Manage all dealer orderbook statuses, solving any issues related to deliveries, orders, payments, stock, and sell-through management.
  • Execute seasonal mailers with initiatives, catalogues, order timelines, and in-season opportunities, as well as staff training and product testing sessions.
  • Identify and pursue shop-in-shop and custom shop opportunities in the assigned account base and work with trade marketing and dealers on merchandising flow, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Regularly visit accounts to drive revenue, adopt current selling campaigns, and identify opportunities for dealer sales support and key dealer events.
  • Enhance product activations with dealers through in-store clinics or outdoor events featuring Bell & Fox Powersports products.
  • Be Bell & Fox Powersports representative and best brand ambassador in the assigned territory, actively attending Moto races and events.
  • Understand account competitors and the marketplace; utilize assessment, knowledge, and a brand management focus to adjust and drive sales through accounts.
  • Stay curious about product and product trend changes within all divisions at Bell & Fox Powersports and identify product opportunities based on inventory and regional needs.
  • Establish and maintain timely, consistent, responsive external and internal relationships.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
  • 3 years of relevant experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Experience delivering a high level of customer service and presentations.
  • Experience dealing with Powersports dealerships and large chains of stores.
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and prospecting new dealers.
  • Native Spanish speaker and fluent in written and spoken English (B1) are mandatory.
  • Technical proficiency with MS applications (Excel & Word).
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads and customer interactions.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Full driving license.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
  • Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in automotive, motorcycle, or sports equipment industries.
  • Powersports industry experience and awareness of market trends and competitor products.
