Job Opportunity: Computer Scientist / Application Manager / IT Support - Infrastructure & Administration (m / f / d)

Your Responsibilities:

1. Manage IT operations from order acceptance to team planning, ensuring our IT systems are up-to-date and faults are resolved promptly.
2. Operate and maintain database, network, and server infrastructure; optimize resource usage through virtualization.
3. Assist colleagues with IT issues via ticket system, remotely, or on-site, prioritizing requests based on urgency.
4. Support administration of MS Office 365 licenses and assist in purchasing new software and hardware.

Qualifications:

1. Completed training in the IT sector, such as an IT specialist qualification or relevant professional experience in IT support or administration.
2. Experience with MS Office 365, including setup, management, and operation.
3. Strong knowledge of modern IT hardware, including maintenance and servicing.
4. Enjoy working with people and computers, with a team-oriented and solution-focused approach.
