We are looking for a pro-active and experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in cloud systems, virtualization technologies, cloud-like resource orchestration and monitoring, deploying microservices in containers, and eco-efficiency monitoring to join our diverse team in Atos. We offer a position in a dynamic and international environment in our Research and Innovation department to develop your career.

Location : Hybrid-mode (Teleworking at 60%)

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in software development (Python, GO, and RUST) and deployment in containers.
• Knowledge of container orchestration technologies to design, build, configure, and expose cloud native applications for Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud and Edge systems (i.e. Kubernetes, Rancher, Fleet, Openshift, K3S), with a focus on resource orchestration (e.g. multi-cluster, OCM, etc.) and monitoring systems (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Thanos, Grafana, Datadog, etc.).
• Experience in working in CI / CD environments (Git, Jira, Jenkins, etc.) & pipelines for product engineering.
• Familiarity with AI / ML concepts and tools is valuable.
• Previous experience in innovation and pre-sales departments or in European research projects (H2020, HE) is also valuable.
