Tasks

• Collaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to develop features using Agile SDLC / Kanban.
• Conduct peer code reviews and participate in retrospectives to improve team processes.
• Define requirements and propose optimal solutions to meet team goals.
• Engage in technical discussions on testing, architecture, automation, and standards.
• Focus on product value and customer experience, not just coding.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

• The Backend Guild ensures robust features, stability, security, and performance, working collaboratively with other teams.
• We maintain tools based on Clean Architecture, use strict linters, code generators, and prioritize TDD for reliable releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• 2+ years in strongly typed languages or TypeScript
• Experience with RDBMS and testing
• Knowledge of message brokers like SNS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Google PubSub

Nice to have :

• Experience with Node.js, GraphQL, GCP or AWS, gRPC, SOLID principles
• Familiarity with modern tech : Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, gRPC, Kubernetes
• Automation, testing, collaboration, and adaptability are valued qualities.
