We're searching for a hands-on, organized, and people-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across multiple countries in Europe.

This is a remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in Europe.

What you'll do :

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support employee relations and HR queries
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Help coordinate benefits, contracts, and compliance
• Work closely with HR teams across countries
• Assist with ongoing HR projects and process improvements

What we're looking for :

• 2+ years of experience in an HR or generalist role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working across cultures
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Experience with HR systems (like BambooHR, Workday) – a plus
• Familiarity with European labor law – advantage
