InCRAFT MADRID is seeking a Senior Print Producer with high proficiency in English and French to join our Madrid team. This role involves managing and executing various print projects, and eventually digital projects, collaborating with internal teams and external clients, media agencies, and providers, under the guidance of the team’s Print Producer.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in planning, managing, and overseeing the design production of clients’ master collateral, press, and OOH resizes with the print studio.
  2. Manage ongoing print communication and workflow with internal and external teams, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables.
  3. Understand media production plans and print specifications to ensure deliverables meet suppliers’ and clients’ requirements.
  4. Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  5. Interpret and incorporate client feedback, working collaboratively with creative and account management teams.
  6. Maintain attention to detail to advise on best practices for brand and layout consistency across different markets.
  7. Create estimates, manage POs, reconcile costs, and oversee projects using project management and procurement systems.
  8. Work under the guidance of the Print Producer and Business Leads to achieve quality and technical accuracy of deliverables.
Requirements
  1. 2-3 years of experience managing and executing print projects in an agency or in-house environment.
  2. Fluent in French (C1+ level).
  3. Understanding of advertising agency workflows.
  4. Solution-oriented, self-driven, capable of working independently, and exercising good judgment under tight deadlines.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication in a multicultural environment.
  6. Well-organized and resilient in fast-paced settings.
  7. Proactive with a positive attitude.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn project management software.
