Responsibilities:

  1. Build, motivate, and mentor a high-performing inside sales team.
  2. Lead and coach team members through call coaching of customer sales calls.
  3. Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Document coaching outcomes and next steps.
  5. Assess risks and develop performance improvement plans.
  6. Manage operational metrics such as response rates, conversions, pipeline, and accuracy.
  7. Conduct career development discussions and create individual development plans.
  8. Assess team capabilities and build talent pipelines.
  9. Design and set productivity and sales targets aligned with market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Native or proficient in Italian and advanced in English.
  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience.
  • 3+ years of team management experience.
  • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills to motivate and enable high performance.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Dynamics, SalesForce, or others (4+ years).
  • Ability to work well in a diverse, dynamic environment.

What We Offer:

  • Full-time contract (39 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00).
  • Salary: 32,000 euros gross/year + 10,000 euros gross/year in bonus.
