Do you have a technical background in AWS technologies? Are you looking for a new challenge in an international company?

Westcon-Comstor is seeking a Pre-Sales professional to join our Rebura Spanish team.

In this role, you will play a strategic part in shaping Rebura's presence in this key region. You will partner closely with the AWS commercial team, supporting sales staff in achieving revenue targets and budgets aligned with company objectives. You will provide product-based technical sales support to authorized business partners.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and provide customer quotations (verbally and in writing) as requested by sales staff and business partners.
  • Support the promotion of Rebura's value propositions through sales engagement and partner training.
  • Provide presentations and demonstrations for end users on behalf of our business partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, vendors, and sales to develop compelling programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain awareness of competing AWS products and distribution activities.
  • Represent AWS products effectively and accurately.
  • Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries regarding solution designs and resolve queries received via the CRM ticketing system.
  • Respond to telephone queries from pre-sales help lines.
  • Support internal teams and provide regular updates and monthly reports on business levels, product trends, promotions, and customer profiles.
  • Identify opportunities to build margins through bundling and new propositions.
  • Assist with inventory, special orders, and customer events as needed.
  • Support the sales team with product positioning and collaborate to understand product trends.
  • Ensure customers have necessary product and promotional information.
  • Develop product presentations for the sales force.
  • Work with product management to train sales staff and customers on specific products.
  • Attend monthly sales meetings.
  • Maintain regular contact with targeted customers.
  • Provide sales management with relevant reports and analysis.
  • Track competitive issues, pricing discrepancies, and results.
  • Maintain vendor certifications to uphold vendor program accreditation.
  • Keep updated on vendor pricing and channel support tools.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of AWS.
  • Ability to deliver training.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Pre-Sales or Solutions Architect.
  • Sales-oriented, organized, and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • High professionalism, integrity, and customer obsession.
  • Adaptability to change, with strategic flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
