The following challenges await you :

• As a Scrum Master at IPS, you will be the key facilitator of our agile development process. Your role involves coaching and mentoring our Scrum team and actively promoting the application and ongoing improvement of Scrum practices.
• Planning and facilitating Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews.
• Supporting the continuous development of the team through training and workshops in Scrum methodology.
• Identifying and removing obstacles that hinder team productivity.
• Enhancing team dynamics and fostering a self-organized approach to increase efficiency.
• Ensuring effective communication between the Scrum team, Product Owner, and stakeholders to promote transparency in team development.

This is important to us :

• Academic background : Degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience : At least 3 years as a Scrum Master in agile software development.
• Certifications : Certifications such as Professional Agile Leadership, Professional Scrum Master, or Professional Product Owner are advantageous.
• Technical tools : Experience with Atlassian software suite tools.
• Language skills : Very good proficiency in German and good knowledge of English.
• Soft skills : Strong organizational and time management skills, team motivation abilities, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
