The Principal Consultant - Culture is responsible design, lead, and scale our Culture Program with a focus on building Leadership Effectiveness and Talent Cultivation Behaviors. This role will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that enhance leadership capabilities, drive cultural transformation, and build an end-to-end plan for successful executing Talent Cultivation learnings.

This position is part of HR Strategy & Program Management and will be remote. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Program Strategy & Design Develop and implement a comprehensive culture & talent cultivation strategy aligned with organizational goals.Design and deliver scalable culture & talent cultivation programs for all managerial levels (emerging leaders to senior executives).Integrate leadership frameworks, competency models, and behavioral assessments into development initiatives.
  • Execution & Facilitation Lead the end-to-end execution of culture & talent cultivation program, including planning, programming, designing, content creation, roll-out and communication strategy, driving participation, facilitation, sustainment plan.Partner with external vendors, internal stakeholders and thought leaders to bring cutting-edge practices into the organization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with HR Strategy & Program Management, HR Business Partners, senior executives, and business leaders to identify culture needs.Serve as a trusted advisor on team dynamics and organizational culture.
  • Measurement & Impact Define success metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of Culture & Talent Cultivation masterclass program.Use data and feedback to continuously improve program design and delivery.Report outcomes and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 10+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, or related fields. Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering leadership programs in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills.
  • Deep understanding of leadership theories, adult learning principles, and behavioral science.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestic and international travel

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience as a certified practitioner and trainer for relevant leadership programs.
