A dynamic technology company is seeking an HR intern to assist with onboarding and HR operations. This remote position offers an opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to HR initiatives across multiple countries. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Human Resources and possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Formación

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Availability for a 6-month internship contract.

Who You’ll Work With

What You’ll Do

  1. Onboarding Assistance:
    • Support new hire onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration.
    • Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation.
    • Coordinate with different departments to ensure new hires have the necessary resources.
  2. HR Operations & Administration:
    • Maintain accurate HR records and assist with data entry tasks.
    • Support HR team in benefits enrollment, opt-out processes, and census data management.
    • Assist in tracking HR metrics, PTO usage, and audits.
    • Participate in various HR projects both locally and internationally.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Good organizational skills and familiarity with technology.
  3. Attention to detail and process orientation.
  4. Interest in developing and participating in HR processes and initiatives.
  5. Advanced proficiency in English.
  6. Willingness to learn, innovate, and demonstrate problem-solving skills and proactivity.
  7. Availability for a 6-month internship contract.
