AgileEngine is seeking a ServiceNow Discovery Engineer to join an enterprise-scale squad that runs discovery across millions of targets on schedules. You will design AI agents to analyze Discovery logs, classify failures, identify root causes, and generate corrections to probes and patterns with testing guardrails and human approval before production changes.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Discovery experience including MID Servers, Patterns/Probes, and CMDB/CSDM data quality.

Formación

• Hands-on ServiceNow Discovery experience with 4+ years, incl. MID Servers and Patterns/Probes.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs, results, errors, and failures at scale.
• Develop agents to classify failures, troubleshoot, identify root causes, and suggest corrective actions.
• Create reusable agentic workflows from runbooks and procedures with testing guardrails and approvals.
• Reduce manual investigation by converting knowledge into automated workflows for Discovery reliability.
• Assess health of the Discovery ecosystem including MID Servers, schedules, throughput, latency, failures, retries, and coverage.
• Collect and interpret metrics and telemetry from Discovery, MID Servers, logs, and monitoring platforms.
