The role of the Integration analyst is to define requirements, supervise the development and go-live process of integrations with other systems, and continuously monitor performance. The analyst bridges the gap between IT and the Business by assessing processes and delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders.
Integrations with clients and providers, such as channel management systems, are managed by an integration team. As the number of existing integrations increases, so does the number of integrations under development. A position is available for a dedicated colleague to support existing integrations and manage multiple new integrations simultaneously.
