About The Role

Generative AI models are rapidly improving, and one of our objectives is to enhance their ability to address specialized questions and perform complex reasoning.

In this role, you will:

1. Develop complex question-answer pairs and create scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade response quality.
2. Generate prompts that challenge the AI and are likely to produce incorrect responses.
3. Define comprehensive scoring criteria for evaluating the correctness of AI responses.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Pedagogy, Education, Pedagogical Design, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology, Teaching, Methodology, Tutoring, or Human Resources.
• At least 3 years of proven teaching experience at schools & universities (as teachers, tutors, lecturers, etc.) and/or experience in curriculum development, educational technology, etc.
• Familiarity with different pedagogical frameworks, learner types, and ability levels.
• Proficient level of English (C2).
• Ability to create engaging content using personalization, motivation, gamification, etc.
• Willingness to learn new methods, adapt quickly between tasks and topics, and work with challenging guidelines.
• Access to a laptop and internet connection; enthusiasm and time to commit to a fully remote, freelance role.
