We are looking for a VP of Sales to lead SplitMetrics' international team and play a key role in driving global business growth. The team's mission is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales efforts by owning overall strategy and performance.
As the VP of Sales, you will define the long-term vision, structure, and strategy of the sales function. You will be responsible for our global sales performance while leading the BDR, Account Executive, and Sales Enablement teams, managing their project roadmap. We seek a hands-on leader capable of executing and driving change, with strong commercial and analytical skills, applying a data-driven approach to business challenges.
Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Identify opportunities to enhance our products and services aligned with company strategy and objectives.
Mentor and coach the sales team, participate in client calls, and conduct training initiatives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing optimization strategies.
Coordinate with RevOps on sales operations, planning, OKRs, tools, and CRM management.
Inspire and motivate sales teams to achieve goals and maintain high morale.
Drive improvements and innovation in sales processes, collaborating on product / service enhancements.
6+ years of sales experience, preferably in mobile, digital advertising, SaaS, or similar industries.
6+ years of leadership and team management experience.
Proven success in building and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments.
Expertise in recruiting, coaching, and mentoring employees.
Ability to improve sales productivity through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
