Oracle Consulting organization is responsible for delivering specialized consulting services to clients and supporting sales and delivery activities related mainly to Oracle Cloud Services. We are the experts that other experts seek out for leading practices in Oracle Cloud with our deep know-how and proven expertise from implementing countless cloud journeys.

What’s scope of the role?

We are looking for a top-tier Solution Architect to join Oracle Consulting and lead the design of high-impact, transformative cloud solutions. This person will play a strategic role in both presales and delivery, engaging directly with CTOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to do business development and define solutions that unlock measurable value.

Acting as a Solution Authority, the architect will ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution. They will navigate complex enterprise environments and propose innovative, sustainable solutions that leverage the full power of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) — especially in areas like Data Architecture, AI / ML, Generative AI, and Cloud-native Development.

We are seeking someone who not only masters technology but also excels at communication, influence, and strategic thinking. A true “elevator architect,” capable of engaging at every level of the organization — from whiteboard sessions with engineers to boardroom discussions with executives, impacting during sales and execution phases.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in total : business development, solution architecture, design, coding, project implementation and consulting experience.
• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud (OCI) solution architecture.
• Experience in customer-facing roles (consulting, presales, or solutions architecture).
• Experience in leading high-stakes engagements with enterprise or public sector clients.
• A set of Oracle Cloud certifications on Data, Infrastructure and AI is strongly preferred.
• Background in sectors like Financial Services, Telco, Retail or Government is a plus.
• Customer facing skills to represent Oracle Cloud within the customer’s environment and drive discussions with senior staff regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation.
• Able to work with customers and convince customer of the benefits of moving to the cloud.
• Able to work independently with discipline and structured approach on sales planning and execution.
• Able to articulate solutions with respect to business requirements of the customer.
• Able to develop strong internal relationships. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
• Read, write, and speak Spanish and English fluently.
• Undergraduate or higher-level degree(s) holder or have equivalent work experience.
• Deliver services both remotely or on-site (depending on the customers requirements).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels.
• A positive and innovative attitude around design and delivery of solutions to customers.
• Ability to break down complex problems / issues to determine the appropriate assessments and recommendations to fix the issues.
• Think out of the box and be creative with solutions.

What you will do :

• Act as the technical lead and design authority for Oracle Cloud and Technology solutions in high valuable client engagements.
• Collaborate with Oracle Sales and Consulting teams to qualify opportunities and define solutions and project scope to meet customer goals.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders — including CTOs, enterprise architects, and engineering leads — to understand goals, challenges, and constraints.
• Lead architecture workshops and define OCI solution architectures that address customer needs with a clear value proposition.
• You will be part of delivery teams by guiding solution implementation and ensuring alignment solution and project scope, being responsible some key tasks during project lifecycle. Your mission is support those teams with your deep knowledge and experience during project execution too.
• Provide thought leadership on OCI capabilities including Cloud Infrastructure (Landing Zones and Networking), Data Platforms (Database, Pipelines and consumption), AI / ML / GenAI (Models, LLM, RAG, GPUs), DevSecOps (Git, Terraform, Ansible, Dev Lifecycle), Application Modernization (Cloud Native, FE / BE Frameworks, Good Programmer), and Integration (OIC or others).
• Contribute to proposals, statements of work (SoWs), and cloud transformation roadmaps. Oracle Cloud is fully engaged in AI+Data age to transform business with new solution which capture whole value.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Work closely with Oracle Cloud Sales and Consulting Sales leaders.
• Articulate value proposition of Oracle Consulting, Digital Modernization services to Customer.
• Lead relationship development for nominated key clients.
• Build trusted relationships with Oracle stakeholders and End Customers.
