Position: Finance Specialist (m/f/d)

Location: Madrid, Spain

Your responsibilities:
  1. Debtor’s management: Monitoring outstanding debts, credit assessment, and payment follow-ups
  2. Customer accounts: Maintaining and updating customer records
  3. Accounts payable: Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
  4. Financial transactions: Booking payments and travel expenses
  5. Tax compliance: Verifying invoice uploads to the SII system twice a week
  6. Audit support: Assisting with audit requests and financial reporting
  7. Employee administration: Managing time registration, holiday tracking, and absence reporting
Qualifications:
  • Solid knowledge of accounting and finance principles
  • Preferably, prior experience in customer interaction and engagement
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is advantageous
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
