We're currently seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our growing 'Go-to-Market Dream Team' in Lisbon. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth and company impact.

What you'll be doing :

We're in the process of scaling Sama, and our success starts with new business. Be ready to be the CEO of your territory, from finding, meeting, negotiating, and closing new clients.

You'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.

Must Haves :

  • You have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Account Executive
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of B2B SaaS experience
  • Experience selling directly to HR / L&D
  • You have done 360 degree sales (owning sourcing to closing)
  • Sold to US, UK or Ireland
  • Enjoy working in a startup environment
  • You are fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written
