We are currently seeking a new member for their Engineering Team , who will play a key role in accelerating the development of Energy Storage Systems .

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional passionate about advancing cutting-edge technologies in energy storage.

The person appointed will be responsible for the design and development of energy management systems within assigned Energy Storage System projects and will also contribute to the industrialization process of new products, focusing on the integration of electrical and electronic components, programming, and controls.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop energy management systems, controls, and electronic solutions for energy storage products, including user interfaces, PLC programming, and communication between electronic systems.
• Integrate battery and inverter systems with other energy sources (e.g., diesel generators, solar plants, the grid, etc.).
• Conduct prototype testing in the lab and develop control logic and functionalities to meet market demands.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure optimal design outcomes.
• Support the industrialization process of projects to transition designs into production effectively.

What We Expect from You :

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• A degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., CAN Bus, ModBus, or similar).
• Basic understanding of electrical schematics and AutoCAD.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Desirable Skills and Experience

While not mandatory, experience in the following areas is highly valued :

• Energy storage, battery-inverter systems, and energy management systems.
• Power electronics, power generation, and battery systems.
