We are currently hiring for the position of RAN Expert on a Permanent basis in Spain - Remote work .

Role Overview

• Over 10 years of experience as NOC Technician with expertise in 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G RAN technologies.
• Experience working with Nokia and Ericsson radio equipment.
• Extensive experience in N1 Technical Support Service and RAN network management.
• Solid knowledge of support processes for Telefónica in RAN Mobile Access.
• Understanding of RAN protocols, equipment, and functionalities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and solution proposal skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing N1 incidents, diagnostics, customer complaints, and executing BTPs.
• Proposing corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Managing NOC team and conducting quality analysis.

Tools

• Network Elements Management Systems : RAN manufacturer-specific systems
• Network and Fault Management Systems : OMEGA, INFOVISTA, GRAFANA
