YOUR MISSION

The Spanish Finance & Strategy team seeks a 360º, analytical, and hands-on Sr. Analyst to support strategic decision-making and daily finance operations. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and participating in central FP&A projects and initiatives.

THE JOURNEY

1. Join the Finance & Strategy Team in Spain to help shape the future of our business locally.
2. Support FP&A and controlling functions, including Business Planning and monthly closings.
3. Lead and participate in finance projects to improve processes and data reliability.
4. Analyze KPIs to challenge teams on financial discipline and profitability, providing insights through data analysis.
5. Collaborate with Global Finance Teams to resolve day-to-day issues and ensure satisfaction among Spain’s customers and partners.
6. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure profitable, flawless execution and develop profitability analyses for new initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• A degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Ability to handle high transaction volumes and extract trends and insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and modeling skills.
• 2-4 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Strategy, FP&A, or related roles in tech, consulting, PE, or venture capital.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills and programming experience for problem-solving at scale.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• An analytical, comprehensive mindset.
