Job Summary :

In this role as Content Management Specialist, you will be a critical part of the HP Software and Services portfolio marketing team. Your skills and understanding of content management systems like Adobe Workfront and Microsoft SharePoint, plus Microsoft Smartsheet, will be critical to your success. You will support a global team of portfolio marketers who create critical marketing and sales enablement content to support HP's newest business divisions, HP Solutions, by ensuring content is posted and tagged accurately to internal content management systems that support global marketing, sales, and field organizations. Additionally, you will lead the process to create data sheets with input and content contributed by portfolio marketing and product management. Responsibilities :

• Monitor, manage, create and edit Services Data Sheets, in coordination with Global Solutions Product Marketing and Management.
• Manage all HPWS Marketing deliverables posting and publishing processes across all tools and repositories.
• Primary contact for internal content management tools and repository teams (Adobe Workfront, Marketing Hub, Solution Source, etc.) for HP Software and Services portfolio marketing organization.
• Maintain centralized Messaging, Standard Terms and Market Statistics resources in Smartsheets.

Education & Experience Recommended :

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in social marketing, content marketing and media, data-led planning, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
• Must be fluent in English.
