About the job: International Student Program Coordinator

The International Program Coordinator role is designed to train with the Student Success Team of Absolute Internship in Barcelona, then research, plan, and eventually coordinate the onsite program in one of our host cities: Bangkok, Barcelona, Hong Kong, Krakow, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Paris, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore, Stockholm, or Tokyo.

Location: Shanghai

Type: Full-time, paid internship (training on-site: Barcelona from May 5th to May 22nd or 29th)

Duration: May 5th - August 28th

Main Tasks

Part 1: Orientation, Training, and Program Integration

• Complete training and orientation in Barcelona
• Research and assist in planning activities in the assigned city
• Communicate with students via phone and email
• Assist with documentation and program logistics

Part 2: Program Coordinator Responsibilities

• Plan events and logistics within budget
• Model professionalism and responsibility
• Support customer service, resident advising, marketing, community building, and event execution
• Ensure health and safety of students
• Collect marketing materials such as photos and videos

• Previous study or internship abroad experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Passion for international experiences and a global mindset
