A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Presales & Project Engineer in Madrid, Spain. The role involves providing technical support for sales, managing project scopes, and collaborating with various teams to deliver optimal communication solutions. Candidates should have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills in multiple languages.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT & Telecom market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, English, and Mandarin.
• Experience in ICT pre-sales support is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre-sales and delivery technical support to sales in Spain.
• Manage project scope and identify risks during the presale stage.
• Design and validate technical solutions throughout the project life cycle.

Work Location : Madrid, Spain

China Mobile International would like to hire a Presales & Project Engineer (m / f / x) , who will provide pre-sales and delivery technical support to sales in Spain.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in the preparation and provision of high-quality generic product, services, regulatory and strategy presentations at seminars, conferences and trade shows.
• Participate in technical SLA and contract negotiation.
• Participate in customer’s meeting with account managers, design, specify and advise on the most suitable communications solution to satisfy enterprise customer needs.
• Responsible for technical solution design and validation in the whole project life cycle
• Execute efficient communications with customer as technical point of contact
• Manage the project scope boundary, identify the risks in the presale stage, and manage the identified risks.
• Interact with multiple internal teams including sales, product managers, network engineers and procurement managers, as well as external teams such as technical teams of partners and subcontractors.
• Specific presales technical tasks assigned by management team

Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalent majors
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT & Telecom market
• Solid technical knowledge in IPLC, IEPL, IP Transit, IP VPN, familiar with ICT, Cloud and IDC preferred
• Experience in ICT pre-sales support or related as a Nice-to-Have
• Profound project management skills and communication skills
• Excellent self-motived team player and quick adaption to dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, English and Mandarin
• Candidates have less experiences will be considered for junior positions.
