What You Will Do :

• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions
• Design and optimize business processes and system modifications
• Provide recommendations to enhance business activities
• Gather and analyze complex business requirements through various techniques, documenting and communicating findings effectively
• Create and oversee testing scenarios to ensure client requirements are met
• Develop business requirements documents and user stories for system modifications
• Potentially lead and monitor other business analysts
• Interpret system data to surface insights, demonstrating sound judgment
• Estimate timeframes for project tasks
• Maintain process and procedural documentation
• Develop basic understanding of technical development cycles for mobile and web applications
• Support QA, UAT, and release phases, including defect analysis and change management
• Perform any other assigned tasks

What We Need :

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Degree in Business, IT, or relevant field
• Experience in the insurance industry, especially Insurtech or health insurance
• Certifications like INS, LOMA, or III are advantageous
• Knowledge of requirements gathering, translating to technical solutions, and Agile methodologies
• Skills in facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and UAT
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Basic knowledge of process documentation, system functionality, data integration, and workflows
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish required
• Technical writing skills are a plus
