Formación

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Leasing, preferably in Retail.

Position : Leasing Manager, Madrid

We are currently seeking a Leasing Manager to join our Leasing team in Madrid.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Leasing, preferably in Retail.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial analysis skills with a keen customer and business awareness.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Identify and approach prospective tenants to maximize occupancy within shopping centres.
• Analyze the viability of commercial proposals based on occupancy rates and financial profitability.
• Participate in community and regional activities relevant to the real estate sector.
• Prepare and submit leasing proposals after discussions with the Leasing Manager.
• Maintain accurate leasing status reports and records of potential tenants.
• Lease available spaces in alignment with tenant mix strategies and property budget goals.
• Stay informed on economic conditions and current trends in the real estate leasing market.
• Keep up to date with emerging trends in social media and their impact on commercial real estate marketing.
