Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Customer Service:Providing exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, and addressing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reservation Management:Efficiently managing guest reservations, accurately processing bookings, modifications, cancellations, and guest preferences.
- Effective Communication:Delivering outstanding communication through prompt and professional phone calls and emails.
- Administrative Support:Performing essential administrative duties, including managing guest accounts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate guest records and correspondence.
- Hotel Knowledge:Providing comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, amenities, and services to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- Customer Service Excellence:Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to greet guests warmly, address inquiries effectively, and provide assistance in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Communication Proficiency:Communication skills, including the ability to articulate clearly, listen attentively, and convey information accurately.
- Organizational Prowess:Strong organizational skills, enabling the effective management of multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering telephone calls, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and monitoring email correspondence.
- Composure Under Pressure:Proven ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle difficult situations or dissatisfied guests with tact and professionalism.
- Technical Proficiency:Proficiency with computer systems, including fundamental programs such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications.
- Languages: B2 English, other languages would be an asset.
