A leading global financial services firm is seeking a Vice President in Tax Operations to oversee VAT compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tax operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Formación

• At least 8 years of experience in operations or tax operations.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools.
• Fluency in additional languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish) is a plus.

• Support the Tax Operations Manager in strategic projects and initiatives.
• Develop and implement a Governance and Control framework for VAT to ensure compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in operations or tax operations.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English.
• Master's degree or professional tax qualification preferred.
• Knowledge of European tax regulations.
• Experience with technology-driven solutions and product management.
• Proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
