At ING, we are looking for a Senior Networking & Security Infrastructure Engineer.

Your role and work environment:

Join our Networking & Security Infrastructure Team within the Cloud & Tech Foundation Tribe. This team manages IT network and security infrastructure and services across the organization. Our collaborative, results-oriented approach supports both external and internal clients.

Your key responsibilities:

1. Maintain IT platform by operating, monitoring, resolving incidents or requests, and performing management tasks.
2. Co-create automated solutions to improve internal processes.
3. Ensure availability of public services through on-duty support and incident resolution.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex analysis to non-technical audiences.
• Deep knowledge of IT Security and Network infrastructure.
• Experience in managing firewalls (preferably Fortinet & Palo Alto), routers & switches (preferably Cisco & Aruba), load balancers (preferably F5), and wireless solutions (preferably Cisco & Aruba).
• Knowledge of CyberArk platform is a plus.
• Proficiency in scripting/API and development skills in Python or other modern languages for automation.
