What will I be doing?
  1. Collaborative Development: Work with technology leaders and the product team to understand goals and requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
  2. Platform Expertise: Manage AWS resources, create automations, and improve internal processes based on your platform experience.
  3. Team Support: Support the engineering team by developing and maintaining internal applications that drive operations.
  4. Performance Optimization: Identify and implement improvements for code, database, and resource performance to ensure system stability.
  5. Testing & Reporting: Conduct validation tests, generate system reports with metrics, and recommend continuous improvements.
  6. Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and uphold high software development standards.
What skills do I need?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience managing AWS resources, automations, and workflow optimization within platform teams.
  • Understanding of object-oriented design principles and patterns.
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within and across teams.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
