Educational Background : Business Studies and / or Management Science, Mathematics, and / or Informatics.

Company Overview : Erasmus Play is a young startup facilitating accommodation searches for students and young professionals across more than 500 cities worldwide. We are Europe’s first verified accommodation comparator for students and partner with over 130 universities. Our team is young, with an average age of 26, and operates in a dynamic environment.

Position : We are seeking an Italian-speaking team member to support our expansion into Italy, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Responsibilities include :

• Strategic planning and execution of operations in Italy.
• Managing collaborations with Italian stakeholders such as universities and student associations.
• Engaging with key sector stakeholders.
• Implementing SEO strategies (On-Page and Off-Page, including Linkbuilding).
• Developing external communication strategies within Italy (e.g., with associations and universities).
• Analyzing competitors and market trends in Italy.
• Planning growth hacking strategies to accelerate expansion.
