Job Description

The Data Engineer will be responsible for production support of a P&C Insurance application (WINS) as well as adhoc, weekly, monthly, and quarterly processing. This person should be able to deliver in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

• Support in-house Cobol, RPG, and SQL Queries
• Support Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Processing
• Develop in-house processes to update different AS400 data files
• Develop in-house processes for data calls, including extracts and reporting

Qualifications

• Programming Skills: Working knowledge of RPG/LE, COBOL/ILE, CL/ILE
• Database knowledge: SQL and/or DB2
• Nice to have: Experience with AS400 System, specifically navigation from the command line
• Nice to have: Experience in Selenium
• Flexibility in work schedule and ability to work weekends during Quarter Close. Overtime will be granted for weekend work.
