An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join their New Business Sales team. This role focuses on driving customer acquisition and engagement for a renowned financial platform. About the Role: Our New Business Sales team drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business globally. As an Account Executive, you will provide an excellent customer experience by developing and executing a lead-sourcing strategy, managing your pipeline from prospecting to closing, and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience.

  1. Develop and execute lead sourcing strategies by identifying key verticals and diversifying your prospect base.
  2. Build and manage your pipeline, maximizing adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  3. Maintain customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and daily usage.
  4. Become a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and solutions, supported by relevant case studies.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Latvian / Lithuanian / Russian.
  • At least 1 year of demonstrable experience in outbound sales and prospecting.
  • Interest in building a career in a high-performing sales environment.
  • Willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities to enhance customer experience.
  • Curiosity and quick learning ability in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills for balancing customer engagement, deal closing, and CRM tasks.
  • A degree in finance or a related business field.
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills.
