Formación

Job Description

We seek a passionate web developer experienced with open source frameworks and eager to work with AEM. You should be responsible, willing to share expertise, and interested in developing and growing with us. AEM curiosity is a plus.

You will oversee the entire project delivery, working closely with the project manager to exceed client expectations. Main responsibilities include:

  1. Defining solution architecture and liaising with client architects
  2. Writing and refining technical specifications and effort estimates
  3. Leading and reviewing the development team, providing coaching and guidance
  4. Aligning infrastructure with project requirements and coordinating with the lead system engineer
  5. Ensuring quality and performance standards are met, collaborating with the test manager
  6. Managing releases
  7. Developing critical system components
  8. Creating a reliable work environment for developers (IDE setup, Maven, CICD, Docker, SonarQube)
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with AEM
  • Leadership experience in technical and people management roles
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences
  • Strong Java knowledge, especially in web projects
  • Proven ability to identify requirements and craft technical solutions
  • Extensive experience leading Java-based web projects
  • Knowledge of design patterns and best practices for quality, clean code
  • Experience with testing at all levels (unit, integration, functional, performance)
  • Ability to extend products and leverage APIs for customized web experiences
  • Familiarity with build tools like Maven
  • Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git
  • Experience with task management, bug tracking, and documentation tools like JIRA
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Proactive mindset with ideas and initiative
  • Open to continuous improvement and feedback
Additional Skills
  • Experience with Test Driven Development
  • Familiarity with Java Content Repository API (Jackrabbit / CRX)
  • Knowledge of OSGi and Declarative Services
  • Experience in professional environments like Eclipse IDE
