Senior Software Engineer - Technical Lead (Madrid, On-Site)

Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable backend systems using .NET.
• Implement Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns and collaborate with frontend developers using Angular or React.
• Act as Scrum Master and drive product delivery from sprint planning to deployment.
• Write high-quality, clean, testable code and review team output.
• Work with Azure services and containerized environments for modern deployments.

Requirements :

• 8+ years in software development, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong experience with .NET and container-based architecture.
• Solid understanding of frontend frameworks (Angular / React) and backend integration using BFF principles.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and modern development practices.
• Fluent English; experience in Agile / Scrum environments.
