About the Role

Mirai RiskTech offers an exciting entry-level opportunity for a Business Operations Analyst to join our Operations team. This role provides global support to enhance the efficiency and profitability of our operations. Reporting to the COO, the analyst will support daily operations, align business activities with company strategy, and uphold policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Enhance business functionality aligned with core objectives
  • Implement operational improvements to promote efficiency
  • Monitor adherence to policies and processes
  • Assist in managing overall operations with senior team support
  • Analyze key performance indicators and support daily operations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Establish and manage internal systems, procedures, and policies
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and archiving
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate task execution
  • Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Use data-driven methods to analyze performance and processes
  • Continuously monitor operational performance

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in operations, project, strategic, or business management; a master’s is a plus
  • Up to one year of experience in operations or business analysis
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to promote operational efficiency and business profitability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented and precise
  • Creative with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
