We are currently recruiting a new Product Manager Sweet Ingredients Segment Specialist.

Details

At Disproquima, we are looking for a Product Manager with experience in the Sweet Segments of the Food Industry (such as Dairy, Confectionery, Bakery, Chocolates, and Beverages) to join our Global Food & Beverages team. This position will be responsible for managing ingredients suppliers in these segments and providing technical support to our international sales teams. The main responsibilities include:

  1. Defining strategic suppliers for the sweet segments portfolio.
  2. Defining strategic products for the sweet segments portfolio.
  3. Creating and managing supplier relationships.
  4. Negotiating prices with suppliers and establishing distribution/customer protection agreements.
  5. Searching for new represented companies.
  6. Analyzing purchases and proposing improvements.
  7. Managing incidents and claims in collaboration with the Quality Department.
  8. Conducting trend analysis.
  9. Attending specialized trade fairs.
  10. Providing technical and commercial support to the sales network.
  11. Working towards achieving the budget targets for their portfolio.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technologies or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in R&D roles within the food industry, focusing on sweet product development.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Commercial skills (experience not mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel.
