Job Description :

We are seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to contribute to our ongoing success. You will work with a range of technologies including Java with Spring Boot, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Git, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. Your work will involve deploying applications through automated CI/CD pipelines and monitoring using various observability tools.

Responsibilities :

1. Ambition and Speed : Help your team meet or exceed goals, drive improvements, and mentor others.
2. Keeping Quality : Ensure applications are well tested, independently deployable, and observable.
3. Empowerment : Operate independently and ship to production frequently.

About You :

• Experience with our tech stack and quick to learn new technologies.
• Strong understanding of technical design and complex distributed systems.
• Proven experience in Agile teams practicing pair programming, automated testing, TDD, BDD, and continuous integration.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Experience with payment system integrations (preferred), e.g., Stripe.
• Ability to mentor and develop leadership skills.
• Desire to contribute to Europe's largest health and beauty SaaS platform.
