Head (m / f / d) Modern Workplace

Field of activity

• Management and further development of the Modern Workplace team
• Development and implementation of strategies for the Modern Workplace that meet the company's current and future requirements; this includes Workplace Services (Endpoint Design and Management), Asset Management, Collaboration and Communication as well as IT Business Products
• Regular review and optimization of existing IT systems and processes with regard to efficiency, security and user-friendliness
• Responsibility for planning, implementing and monitoring projects to introduce and improve workplace technologies
• Evaluating new technologies and tools for their suitability and benefits for the company and their successful integration into the existing IT infrastructure
• Organizing and conducting training for employees on the use of new technologies and providing ongoing support
• Working closely with other departments to understand their requirements and develop customized IT solutions

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT workplace management, ideally in a management position
• ITIL Foundation (V3 or higher) certification or further certifications in the area of service management
• Sound knowledge in the areas of Endpoint Management, Microsoft365 and Asset Management
• Confident, assertive appearance paired with strong communication skills and a pronounced customer and service orientation
• Proactive, structured and independent way of working with a high degree of team spirit
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
