IT Project Manager & Solutions Architect Dynamics 365 F&O – International Implementation (Dynamics 365 F&O) – Madrid

Do you have experience leading international implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in the financial sector? This is your next challenge!

Location : Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana) with a hybrid model (3 days in the office). It could also be considered 100% remote within Spain , although availability for travel several times a year would be required.

Contract Type : Direct contract with the end client

What You’ll Do

You will lead the global strategy and execution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O , ensuring its successful implementation and optimization across multiple countries.

Define and execute the product roadmap , aligning with the company’s digital transformation goals

Manage key international stakeholders , acting as the bridge between Finance, IT, and external vendors

Lead global rollouts , ensuring proper ERP localization for different markets

Optimize financial processes and drive automation through ERP functionalities

Ensure compliance and data security across multiple jurisdictions

Drive ERP adoption , providing training and best practices to international teams

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in IT project / product management
• 5+ years of expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Proven experience in international implementations of financial products in Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong knowledge of ERP architecture, integrations, and cloud-based deployments
• Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication, change management, and leadership skills
• Fluent English (mandatory) , Spanish or German (a plus)
