ING’s Wholesale Banking Graduate Program prepares you for a future role in a dynamic and competitive environment. You will join the ING WB team, collaborating, supporting, and learning across various areas.

Your key responsibilities :

• Support the Energy & Infrastructure Finance department in originating and executing transactions in Iberia, as well as managing the team’s portfolio.
• Origination activities include preparing marketing materials, analyzing companies and projects, monitoring sector information, collecting market data, and developing different debt structures for clients.
• Execution activities involve financial, technical, and structural analysis of transactions, financial modeling, negotiating transaction documentation, and processing documents for internal approvals (KYC, greenlights, credit packs).
• Portfolio monitoring includes ongoing deal monitoring, analyzing waiver requests, and coordinating with support teams.

What are we looking for?

• Strong academic background in engineering, business administration, economics, or similar.
• Internship experience in banking, finance, or consultancy focused on Energy and / or Infrastructure sectors.

Business competencies :

• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Financial modeling experience is highly recommended.

• Hardworking with the ability to manage multiple activities.
