How you can help people and organizations work better together: Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the successful candidate ideally has proven experience in key account sales and connectivity with large CPG retailers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a combination of CPG, Retail, and related Professional Services, with a history of using data-led insights and advisory capabilities to drive growth.

Experience in sales and client management in the services industries is also considered an asset.

As part of this role, you will:

  1. Provide organizational, sales, and client service leadership for the Advantage Global business.
  2. Build strong business relationships with our CPG clients, ensuring they gain value and insights from our work and that you strengthen their advocacy for Advantage.
  3. Achieve sales and profit goals within your client portfolio and meet new business development targets.
  4. Collaborate with the Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with business strategy and processes, including financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts for global and local investments.
  5. Work across relevant functions of our and the client’s business to meet client needs and develop proposals for client services and products.
  6. Exercise strong business acumen and negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
  7. Provide leadership and support to Market leaders in developing and nurturing collaboration with global clients at the country level.
  8. Enhance the Advantage brand within the FMCG community through keynote presentations, conference participation, white papers, published articles, and similar efforts.

Location

The candidate should ideally be based in Europe, in a country where we operate (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, and Germany are preferred).

This role is remote (home office based).

Travel may include: client visits for presentations and meetings (more in the second half of the year), occasional visits to Toronto Office, relevant conferences, or industry events.
