Descripción del empleo

Build frameworks to maximize customer growth and value by leveraging all RGM levers (pricing execution, trade & shopper investment, promo, and business mix) with a differentiated approach per category (Prestige & Niche Fragrances, Skincare, and Makeup), channel, and region to drive brand building and profitable growth. This role also aims to contribute to developing a revenue management culture, establishing the right governance, and strengthening capabilities within the extended commercial organization. Identify the needs for Revenue Growth Management automation tools and collaborate with Commercial Operations to co-develop them.

1. Strategic Analysis & Opportunities

  • Analyze pricing structures and corridors across channels and regions to unlock commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance customer and channel profitability.

2. Commercial Policy

  • Revisit and implement segmented policies by category and channels.

3. Revenue Growth Initiatives

  • Identify priorities and build a roadmap of key revenue growth initiatives to achieve short- and mid-term objectives.
  • Revisit and follow-up trade investment strategies (Trade & Shopper Spend, Mix Management) to align with Puig’s strategy while optimizing customer contribution.
  • Partner with regional and local teams to assess challenges, uncover opportunities, and co-create actionable implementation plans.

4. Performance Metrics & Monitoring

  • Define objectives and track key Performance Indicators such as pricing corridors, Trade Spend productivity index, and ROI of commercial investments.

5. Change Management & Capabilities

  • Foster a revenue management mindset across central and local teams, equipping them with tools and training.

6. Governance & Adoption

  • Embed revenue management strategies into key account planning and customer negotiations.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure alignment across brands and markets.
  • Lead forums to share insights, learnings, and improvements in commercial frameworks.

8. Tools & Systems

  • Collaborate with Commercial Operations, IT, and Finance teams to co-develop tools and reporting systems that enhance Revenue Management processes.

Education

  • University degree in Economics / Engineering / MBA

Experience

  • More than 15 years in Commercial, BI or Revenue Management positions, in the Beauty / FMCG industry or similar
  • Analytical, drive for results, strategic thinking, team player, customer and service orientation, good communication and negotiation skills, agent of change, resilient

Specific Knowledge Required

  • Analytical tools and Revenue Growth Management concepts understanding.

Key Qualifications

  • Solid commercial experience, combined with business intelligence and / or sales controlling.
  • Expertise in revenue growth management, pricing strategies, and trade investment optimization.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Capacity to conceptualize and build transversal models / proposals.
  • Expertise with tools (Excel, reporting systems Power BI) and project management.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams and regions.
  • Experience driving cultural and organizational change in a multinational context.
