Educational Travel Program Manager

LOCATION : Remote (must be based in Europe)
We are seeking an Educational Travel Program Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional group travel experiences. In this role, you will play a vital part in our team, managing all aspects of educational travel programs—from initial concept through execution and final reconciliation. If you have outstanding organizational skills, a knack for building relationships, and a proven ability to manage complex travel logistics, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Program Management
- Lead and support the planning and execution of multiple group educational travel programs.
- Manage all aspects of group itineraries, including creative concept development, budget control, registration, transportation, and activity planning.
- Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and adhere to standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate and review supplier contracts to ensure accuracy and favorable terms.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for added value, cost savings, and efficiency improvements for clients.
- Provide creative problem-solving support and expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with team members for seamless program execution.
Administration & General Responsibilities
- Communicate proactively with leadership to identify and resolve challenges.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Handle ad hoc requests and special projects as needed.
Qualifications & Experience :
- 4+ years in the travel industry, with a focus on group travel management and itinerary development.
Skills :
- Advanced skills in budget control, management, and reconciliation.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Proven collaboration skills working effectively with colleagues at all levels.
