Are you passionate about making a positive impact and driving sustainable change? A private entity within the social and community sector in Palma, Mallorca is looking for an Education and International Cooperation Officer to lead initiatives focused on social transformation.

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical coordination and execution of education programs centered on sustainable development. You will design, plan, and facilitate awareness-raising activities that engage the community and promote international cooperation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out the comprehensive technical management of international cooperation and sustainable development education projects.
• Designing and delivering dynamic educational workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns.
• Ensuring continuous monitoring, documentation, and quality execution of ongoing project milestones across Mallorca.

What you bring to the position:

• A university degree directly related to international cooperation, global development, or social sciences.
• Proven professional experience in a similar position handling project management and social education.
• Your own vehicle to ensure smooth mobility across project locations.

What is offered:

• A 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of renewal.
• A working schedule of 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 15:00.
• A gross monthly salary of 1,836 EUR.
• A purpose-driven position based in Palma.
