Mission

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with a proven track record in business development to lead the acquisition of new clients in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM). The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and building alliances with both partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and capture new business opportunities in access management solutions (AM, MFA, SSO).
  • Develop and manage relationships with strategic clients and partners, both nationally and across Europe.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored commercial proposals based on client needs.
  • Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure a strong value proposition.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, with a strong focus on indirect channel development.
  • Drive deals from prospecting to closing, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

Profile Requirements

  • University degree in fields such as Computer Engineering, Telecommunications,
  • Business Administration, or similar.

  • Solid commercial experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) sector.
  • Experienced in working with indirect channels (partners and distributors).
  • Professional proficiency in English (mandatory); other European languages are a plus.
  • Results-driven, self-starter, and trusted advisor profile.
  • Remote work with Madrid-based residency required for regular client visits.
